We are extremely lucky to be able to access so many resources to help us become better coaches and better people. Just recently I was lucky enough to speak at the NSCAA National Coaches Convention in Baltimore. As great an experience that was for me, what was even better was attending some of the other sessions and presentations. One in particular was Steve McLaren's. The former England national team coach gave a 2 hour long presentation on ‘The Journey of a Coach'.
